Mentoring

I am lucky to have mentored talented, inspiring, and enthusiastic undergraduate and graduate students. I have always strived to involve undergraduate students in research and facilitate their development and success. When mentoring, I enable students to develop ideas aligned with their backgrounds, strengths, and expectations.
